JQK888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be subjected to the applicable wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you must wager a total of RM2,000 in eligible games before any withdrawal can be processed.
While an active bonus is credited to your Account, your maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is RM50, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, at JQK888's sole discretion.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward clearing wagering requirements. The standard contribution schedule is as follows:
All bonuses are time-limited. Unless a specific expiry period is stated in the promotion's individual terms, bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the bonus was credited. JQK888 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine risk, the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between accounts, and the use of automated betting software. JQK888 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
All games hosted on JQK888 operate according to their respective rules as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to that game's operation.
Once a bet has been confirmed and the relevant game round or event has concluded, the outcome is final and binding. JQK888 will not reverse settled bets except in cases of verified technical malfunction, incorrect odds publication, or circumstances explicitly covered by these Terms.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or other technical error during the course of a game round, JQK888 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. JQK888's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
